If Your Order Hasn’t Been Completed
To make changes to an order that hasn’t been completed, the process involves canceling your entire original order. A refund will be issued, but please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply if the order has already begun the fulfillment process. You can then use the refunded amount to place a new order with your desired modifications. If processing hasn’t yet started, a full refund may be possible. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. Options depend on the current processing status of your order.
If The Order Has Been Completed
If your order has already been fullfilled, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Due to the inherent safety and regulatory considerations associated with fireworks, and the potential risks involved for all parties (including customers, our staff, and shipping carriers), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any firework products once they have left our premises.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products and to comply with strict regulations regarding the handling and transportation of hazardous materials. Once fireworks are out of our direct control, we cannot guarantee their safe handling or storage, which could compromise their safety and functionality.
